General

Is (date) still available?

If the date is in the month of December or January, please check our availability page.

For other dates, please contact us.

Are pets allowed?

No, pets are strictly not allowed inside the resort.

Do you provide meals?

Meals are not provided, so guests are encouraged to bring their own food. You are more than welcome to cook at the resort; we have a gas stove that you can use for a fixed fee. We also have a BBQ grill and refrigerator that you can use free of charge.

Do you provide kitchenware/cookware?

We only have the basics: medium-sized pot & pan, knife, and chopping board. Please feel free to bring your own as needed. Please be informed that you are not allowed to bring your own stove (gas & electric).

What should I bring?

Please remember to bring your own towels, toiletries, and tableware, as these are not provided by the resort. Blankets are available upon request from the caretaker for no extra charge. Pillows and bed sheets are provided.

Can you suggest another resort?

We have a sister venue - Al Fresco Springs - a highly-rated private hot spring resort for small and large groups. Al Fresco Springs has been featured on several TV shows and websites. Visit alfrescosprings.com to learn more.

Rates & Payment

What is your rate? Any discounts?

We have a fixed rate of P28,000 (rate may vary if you're booking through Airbnb or Agoda).

Promotions are first announced on our official social media pages. Follow us on Facebook and Instagram to stay on top of any discounts and promotions! Any ongoing promos are also listed on our rates page.

Are there extra fees?

Please check our rates page for a complete list of additional fees.

What are your modes of payment?

We accept payments through BDO and BPI only. Guests can transfer money through their preferred online banking platform or services like GCash.

Can I pay by credit card?

If you prefer to pay by credit card, you can book our villas through Airbnb and Agoda.

Reservations

How do I book?

To make a reservation, guests have the following options:

Book directly with us (usually the best rate). Kindly contact us (via phone, form, email, or social media) for further instructions.
Book through Airbnb
Book through Agoda

Beware of scammers! Many scammers are operating through Facebook. There have been instances of individuals representing us through Facebook groups. We are not affiliated with them.

Only book through our official channels and listings, all of which can be found on our contact page.

Do you offer Day Tour (8am-5pm)?

No, we do not offer 8am-5pm time slots. We only offer 21-hour overnight time slots: 2pm-11am or 7pm-4pm.

Can we check-in early?

No, we generally do not allow early check-ins; however, you can check with us a day before your check-in.

Unless you have been pre-approved for an early check-in, you will not be allowed to enter before your assigned check-in time.

Can I check-out late/extend my stay?

It will depend on the availability of the slot after you. You can request for an extension after you have already checked-in.

Unless you have been approved for a time extension, your group must depart by 11am (if booked for Villa 1 or 2) or 4pm (if booked for Villa 3).
